New edition of the Summer School on Information Engineering (SSIE)

We are booting the new edition of the Summer School on Information Engineering (SSIE), in partnership with the WBG Pilot Line | future power electronics.

In the Track 2 “GaN and related materials”, we will cover several aspects of GaN technology (and other wide bandgap materials!), starting from the crystal growth to new applications as bidirectional switches.
Industrial perspective will also be highlighted by our partners from Infineon Technologies.
