IEEE International Reliability Physics Symposium (IRPS)

From March 22 to 26, the WBG Pilot Line | future power electronics actively participated through the CNR-IMM (Istituto per la microelettronica e microsistemi) and @IU.NET in the 2026 IEEE International Reliability Physics Symposium (IRPS) in Tucson, Arizona.
Prof. Matteo Meneghini and Dr. Patrick Fiorenza chaired the sessions on GaN and on SiC devices, while Dr. Filippo Giannazzo delivered an invited presentation titled ‘2D Materials and Wide Bandgap Semiconductors: Integration Challenges and Novel Device Applications.’
It was an excellent opportunity to engage with leading academic and industry experts dedicated to developing next-generation WBG power devices.
