WOCSDICE-EXMATEC 2026 conference

Today, the WOCSDICE-EXMATEC 2026 conference officially started in Gdańsk (Poland), bringing together the international community working on compound semiconductors, advanced materials, and semiconductor devices.

The WBG Pilot Line is proud to contribute to the scientific programme with three invited talks delivered by Fabrizio Roccaforte, Vanya Darakchieva, and Tomasz Sochacki.
In addition, several oral presentations from CNR-IMM (Istituto per la microelettronica e microsistemi), Lund University, and Institute of High Pressure Physics PAS will showcase the latest research and technological developments achieved within the Pilot Line ecosystem.

This conference is a fantastic opportunity to highlight both the technical achievements and the long-term ambition of the WBG Pilot Line, with a strong focus on nitride technologies for future power and RF electronics applications.
